I mean if the minor travels with his/her parents permission, a friend of mine who is 16 cannot conscent in Oregon where the Age of Conscent is 18, but this friend is planning a little trip to Nevada with that person my friend loves, I told this friend it is illegal but I’m not sure.

My friend is actually a HE and he’s planning to travel to Nevada with his BF, gee it’s kinda embarrassing to talk about this.
